The app is available free of charge for iOS and Android mobile phones, starting from iOS 16 and Android 10 operating system versions. You can download the app from the official app stores: 

• Google Play (for Android devices)
• App Store (for iOS / iPhone devices)

To ensure maximum data security and ease of use, authorization in the app takes place using Smart-ID or an e-signature. After that You do not have to complete a complicated registration or manually enter customer number every time. The system automatically recognizes Your identity and synchronizes all Your linked properties and data in a friendly, transparent format. This happens instantly — without any additional steps.

Yes, absolutely! The app's "guest mode" is useful for everyone, even if you are not our customer yet. You can:

• track prices (view current Nord Pool exchange prices by 15 minutes to plan consumption at the most advantageous time); 
• analyze data (study the history of exchange price fluctuations); 
• manage smart devices (add an electric car or solar panels to track their operation and consumption in one place). 

After concluding a contract, the full functionality of the app will automatically become available to you.

The app automatically reads your consumption data from the smart meters of AS "Sadales tīkls" (ST). Data are updated regularly and reflect your real consumption with up to 15-minute accuracy for each of your added properties (for example, an apartment or a country house). You do not have to submit meter readings!

In the app's graphs, data are divided into colors for easier perception. In column and line graphs, you can see:

• consumed energy (how much electricity you have taken from the grid);
• how much green energy you have produced (for solar panel owners);
• fed into the grid/Self-consumption (you will see which part of the generated energy you consumed immediately and how much you transferred to the grid for storage).

In the home profile section, we ask you to indicate what large electrical appliances (for example, electric heating, boiler, air conditioner, electric car) you use daily. This information helps our smart algorithms to more accurately analyze your consumption and provide useful recommendations for cost reduction.

After you have created a home profile, Artificial Intelligence (AI) analyzes your 15-minute consumption data from "Sadales tīks". Each appliance has its own unique "consumption footprint" or turn-on and turn-off rhythm. AI recognizes these rhythms in your total data and calculates the consumption of each appliance both as a percentage (%) and in kilowatt-hours (kWh), reflecting it in a clear pie chart or list form in the energy section.

The consumption forecast for today can be found on the home screen of the "Energy" section. Based on your historical habits, the day of the week, and weather conditions, the app calculates the expected electricity consumption. This helps you plan the operation of large appliances (e.g., washing machine) during the cheapest exchange hours.

In the "Devices" section (or the smart device dashboard), you can see the real-time or last synchronized status of all connected devices. For example, if you have connected an electric car, you will see the battery charge level and the connected distance. If a solar inverter is connected, you will see its current generation capacity and daily yield in one place, without the need to open other manufacturers' apps.
