  • by submitting a written claim at the Ignitis Latvija premises at Gustava Zemgala gatvē 74A, Rīga, LV-1039

Ignitis Latvija shall examine claims submitted in writing or by email within 14 days from the day of their receipt and shall provide a response to the communication address indicated in the claim.

If the dispute cannot be resolved out of court, disputes and disagreements shall be submitted for examination to the court of the Republic of Latvia in accordance with the procedures specified in the regulatory acts.
