Electricity that adapts to you, not the other way around

 A tariff for which we offer one fixed electricity price per kilowatt-hour (kWh), which remains unchanged for the entire duration of the contract (for example, 12 months). 

This tariff allows you to know precisely how much you will pay for every kWh consumed. It allows you to easily plan your budget and protects you from sudden price fluctuations in the electricity market; however, in the long term, it is usually slightly more expensive than the exchange tariff, because we assume the risk of price fluctuations to preserve your peace of mind in daily life and ensure there are no unpleasant surprises on your bill. 

 In the case of the Spot or Dynamic tariff, the cost of electricity changes every 15 minutes according to prices on the "Nord Pool" electricity exchange, to which a trading service fee for providing the service is applied. In the summer, on a day with high solar and wind energy production, prices can be very low (even negative), whereas during cold or cloudy weather they can rise rapidly.  

By using electricity during time periods when the exchange price is lower (for example, at night, in the afternoon, or on weekends), one can significantly reduce the bill, but one must actively follow the exchange prices, assume the price risk regarding possible price fluctuations on the exchange, and plan one’s consumption to utilize the most advantageous price periods (for example, doing laundry at night)

This is a fixed hourly rate tariff based on different time zones of the day or week; unlike other fixed tariffs, it has two different hourly rates: one for a cheaper time zone, when consuming electricity is more profitable by adapting it to your daily life and habits, and another for the rest of the day, for which the price is higher. We offer everyone the chance to choose the time zone tariff that is most advantageous for their consumption habits.

For example, if a customer is mostly at home on workdays working from home, we offer to choose a tariff where the price is cheaper during this time. Conversely, when using it in other periods, the price will be fixed, and even in these periods, the price could still be more favorable than the current price with another trader. Also, there is no need to worry about Nord Pool exchange price fluctuations, and one can feel calm and can adapt more easily to their cheap price zones because they are cyclical and predictable throughout the entire contract period.

The more energy the customer consumes in the cheaper time zone, the smaller the bill is in the final result. 

Yes! Important: Tariff plans can be changed until the 9th date of each month so that the new tariff enters into force on the first date of the next month and without an additional tariff change fee. 

Comparison with the fixed tariff: The Personalized tariff will almost always be more profitable than the fixed tariff because it is adapted to your consumption, rather than average indicators.

Comparison with the exchange tariff: The Personalized tariff is safer than the exchange tariff. The Exchange tariff is suitable for those who have time and like to follow the market to be able to save even more in that way, assuming the risk of price fluctuations and actively following prices. If you want to adapt your consumption predictably and pay less, choose the Personalized tariff. 

The trader offers a specific price per kilowatt-hour (kWh), which is unchanging for the entire duration of the contract (for example, 12 months). It allows for easy budget planning and protects from sudden price fluctuations in the electricity market, but the Trader, to cover their risk regarding price fluctuations, usually sets a higher price than the current exchange price. The Universal tariff has no monthly fee and it can be advantageous in objects with irregular consumption, for example, in a summer cottage, when electricity is consumed only for 1 or 2 months; the tariff is higher, but for the remaining year, when electricity is not consumed, there is no monthly fee to pay.

A Fixed price ensures an unchanging electricity price for the full contract term (for example, 12 or 24 months), which gives predictability.

A Dynamic price (exchange price) changes every 15 minutes according to exchange fluctuations. It can be more profitable in the long term, but it requires following the price and, if you wish to save, shifting consumption to time periods with a cheaper price.
