Even if the exchange price skyrockets (as often happens on cold winter days), nothing changes on your bill. You can accurately calculate your expenses using a simple formula:
Consumption × Fixed Price + Monthly Fee + Distribution Grid Services = Your Bill
Why does the "Serene" tariff have 2 different prices?
The answer lies in planning: the longer the contract length you choose, the lower the price the provider can offer. It is a mutually beneficial deal – by promising to stay with the electricity provider longer, you give them the opportunity to purchase electricity for your future needs at predictable wholesale prices, which directly lowers your final tariff rate.
